From Setbacks to Success

How Our Domestic Presence and Expertise Helped a Customer Overcome Supply Chain Challenges

At Rebo we take pride in our global reach and capabilities. We understand the challenges that can arise with supply chains, especially in the past couple of years. That’s why we’re always looking for innovative solutions to help our customers succeed.

Recently, one of our global customers faced significant supply chain delays, shortages and quality issues in one of their overseas markets, which forced them to look for quick, onshoring solutions.  Given our global footprint and product and process expertise, the customer approached Rebo to come up with a solution which not only resolved the supply chain problem, but also to do so with better quality and maintaining current pricing.

Our team worked closely with the customer to identify their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. We were able to quickly propose design enhancements to improve quality and offer an onshoring plan that efficiently localized high-volume production from Asia to an automated process which produces one lamp every second to keep costs down.  From concept to launch took 9 months.  Now that’s fast….and quick.

But we didn’t stop there. We’re always looking for ways to improve and expand our capabilities. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we’re developing a new footprint in Mexico to better support our customers in North America. This new facility will complement our global footprint to ensure that Rebo has an efficient and shortened supply chain to our customers.

We’re proud to have been able to help this customer overcome their supply chain challenges and achieve success. At Rebo, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to all of our customers. If you’re facing supply chain or quality issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to help you succeed.

Together, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve great things.
